The location was fantastic. Quiet, peaceful property with everything at a walking distance. Well maintained, clean property. Polite and helpful staff, good food. Amenities were good enough for the price paid. Room was spacious. Absolute value for money.
Parking space is convenient only for 2 wheelers.

Rooms were of decent size. All the facilities provided were good. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the surroundings. Location is best because it is just 5-10 min walk to Tito's Lane/beach. A lot of restaurants, bars, retail stores and mini-marts nearby. Quite and peaceful.
It is a bit more interior than the map says. No signs/boards for indicating where to go exactly.
No running water in the bathroom for a couple of incidents (although the staff made sure they had it up as soon as possible)
