Good apartment and had everything we needed
There was external painting going on which was informed last minute and it caused disturbance in the morning with the noise

Location is great within mins to top Ryde shopping centre.
The property is functional with all amenities you may need
Lot of maintenance issues, which when raised were fixed but they took a lot of our personal time. Lot of times the Madecomfy team lacked coordination among themselves and were slow to respond. Although they did resolve most issues when raised
The garage is quite narrow. Only suitable for hatchbacks.
