The balcony was surprisingly large with glass sliding doors connecting the inside living and kitchen area to the outside. You can see the sunrise and moonrise very clearly so relaxing with breakfast or having tea at night felt very special. Other facilities were extremely easy - like where to place our rubbish and recycling; how to work the washing machine and dishwasher. It's also very close to a bus stop and has some areas where you can get picked up by an Uber easily.
We ran out of soap at some point (our fault) but there is a superette only about 5 minutes walk from the building where I could buy what I needed.

Location, close to public transport, good comfortable unit.
Needs tv in main bedroom and Maybe bigger bed. Cleaning bucket, mop and hoses on balcony need to be removed. Needs to be wiped down properly ect coffee table, benches, table, cooking utensils.
