    The location was perfect for exploring on foot. The room was spotless and had reliable WiFi and hot water. The owner was fantastic. Great value for the money.

    Staff was really nice. Plenty of covered parking and close 10 min walk to the boardwalk and 20 min walk to downtown. Convenience aside. The bed and pillows were hard and horrible. Floors were really dirty. Leaves your feet/socks/slippers black when walking around your room. Smelled like smoke odor when we walked in. Had to air it out. I don’t think they wash the top blankets since there was a concerning amount of hair on it and on the top sheet. Would be a comfortable stay if it was well maintained.
