About this house rental
Traditional family house and classified, entirely renovated and equipped, ideal for a stay with several families, between friends or with children and grandchildren.
With its 5 bedrooms including a large dormitory for children, its large dining room (40m2) with fireplace and large glass openings, a large solarium upstairs and a fully enclosed garden and landscaped with several spaces (relaxation, barbecue, games ), everyone will find his little corner to isolate himself if necessary. The kitchen is very spacious (xm2) and equipped to prepare large tables.
Renowned for its century-old pines, its very large beach and its Casino, St Brévin l'Océan is a lively town in the summer (free concerts all summer, International Fireworks Festival in August) and peaceful throughout year.
With its ideal location, quiet but close to the Nautical Club, Casino, restaurants and shops (including a night market on Wednesdays), you can do without a vehicle. The beach and the sea are 2 steps away: Ocean beach (supervised in summer).
From here, you can visit the wildlife park Planète sauvage (30 minutes) or even the Puys du Fou (1:30).
Consumption of water and gas and electricity are included in the rental price

Maison et jardin bien adaptés à un séjour de vacances à la mer. Quelques équipements vieillissants.
Manque de précisions sur les services et excursions à proximité ( jour de marché, visites proposées par l'office de tourisme,...)

De retour dans cette confortable maison, chacun a facilement retrouvé ses marques, à l'intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La proximité de la plage et du centre ville permet de tout faire à pied ( sauf pour le plein des courses). Maison à recommander.

Une très jolie maison familiale dans laquelle on s’est senti comme chez nous. Un grand jardin que les petits et les grands ont apprécié. Et une magnifique plage à 2 pas. Un très beau séjour.
