The morning receptionist was especially lovely — very polite, friendly, and helpful. The rooms have fresh renovation, everything was clean and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance from the port, which made getting around very easy.
As for the downsides, there was no proper hot water in the evening — the shower water was only lukewarm. The toilet was also not working very well. In addition, the breakfasts at the hotel café were not very tasty; the kitchen and menu quality could definitely be improved

First off, Anastasia is wonderful. She made our stay at this hotel memorable. She gave us great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit in the neighborhood. She took the time to get to know us, helped us with so many things, and above all, she genuinely enjoyed all the interactions we had. She is the best! I hope you read this Anastasia! You are amazing!!
The hotel has been recently renovated and it really shows. The rooms, the bathrooms, everything in the room (even USBC ports on the wall!), the restaurant, and the lobby are all nicely updated. The colors and theme throughout the hotel are very beachy and thematic of an island town. Whoever did the decor did a wonderful job!
All the staff that we interacted with were super helpful, friendly, and even got to know us and where we were from.
I would highly recommend staying here. Is great value, and deserves all the positivity that will come to it. If you are visiting, make sure you ask to say hi to Anastasia - she will make your day!
