About this villa rental
This villa has absolutely everything you will need to enjoy a wonderful holiday and is finished to a very high standard. From the expansive decked pool area to the sunset BBQ terrace (where you can relax in the hot tub), Villa Prestige has something for everyone. The villa is large with many different areas to enjoy, this guarantees that you won't get on top of each other, even with a large group. This villa comes highly recommended and you should enjoy it with your friends and family.
At Villa Prestige we want you to be looked after and catch up on a little bit of luxury on your holiday. From the moment Yasin / host meets you on site and shows you all of the villa's amenities; you can be sure of a holiday to remember.
Pool:
The pool is 7m long and 5m wide 1,50 m deep and is heated(not included renting price)
The pool is cleaned and checked every day
Furnishing:
Each guest gets a towel, a shower towel and a pooltowel The towels may only be used in the villa In each room there is a hairdryer ,handsoap and toilet paper In the kitchen there are all the utensils you need in everyday life plates, pans, pots, coffee maker, cutlery, sugar, salt, water, spices, glasses, cups, tea towels, dish soap, garbage bags, toaster juicers and much more
The villa is equipped with a washing machine dryer iron dishwasher. Detergents are provided
All rooms and spaces are equipped with air conditioning
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 am. In some cases, if there is no booking for the next day, we can make exceptions after consultation. Otherwise the times must be observed.Each guest is personally welcomed by me in the villa and I am also there when checking out.
Damage Deposit:
The guest must bring a damage deposit of £300 in cash.
After check-out, this will be paid out in cash again if everything is in order.
We want to protect ourselves against major damage. Broken glasses and plates do not apply.
self catering villa:
This villa is a self catering accommodation and not a hotel. All the utensils that we have provided you with, as well as water, toilet paper, coffee, etc., must be bought again yourself
Airport/Transfer
We offer a transfer service. The advantage is that all drivers know our location and there is a smooth transfer. every guest is free to come to the villa themselves but if you want a transfer you can ask me.

Went with a party of 5, Somewhat tricky to spot the entrance. The host welcomed us, however communication wasn't great thereafter.
Let me start off by saying, this property is in a great location, good distance from local attractions. It has a lovely view from the ground and higher floors.
There is a master suite downstairs (pool/hot tub level), the kitchen/diner on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor and another en-suite at the top.
Cannot fault the property in terms of amenities. It has (almost) everything we could have needed.
We did not spend much time at the villa as we were out and about majority of the stay.
The property is somewhat tired.
Tthe AC worked great.
All of the showers/baths had issues (besides the top floor which we did not try)
I went with my 6 months old infant, I would not recommend using the travel cot at this property if needed.
In this, the host was really unhelpful as he provided the cot without the mattress and suggested that is how it is used in Turkey (It is not). He then suggested we should have brought one with??
No solution was offered and we had to use blankets from different rooms which was insufficient. Due to babies poor sleep, this made the stay slightly uncomfortable for us all.
Overall, if these fixable issues are worked on, I wouldn't mind returning. Cant fault the location or the view.

The villa is big enough for big groups and no issue with privacy. Well organized. The host was very professional, helpful, and prompt. I’d stay here again.

We had the most amazing two weeks staying at the villa prestige. The villa was spotless, spacious and provided everything you could ask for. We quickly felt at home and Yasin was always available to answer any questions we had. He kindly arranged transfers to and from the villa and provided contact details for taxis when going out on different day trips. The pool was a welcome relief from the sun and the kids were happy that inflatables had been left at the property so they could start having fun as soon as we arrived. The villa is very private and secure and we felt safe and relaxed during our stay. The views are incredible and although only a short walk or taxi drive from the main strip the location is quiet and relaxing. Before arriving we had planned lots of days out but didn't get around to everything as we were more than happy to spend our time at the villa and on days we did go out we went early morning and we're eager to return to enjoy the facilities. On the day of departure we had a late flight so Yasin allowed us to leave our suitcases at the villa so that we could go out and enjoy our last day in Hisaronu and then we were able to pick up our things before heading the airport. We were all very sad to leave and we hope to return in the future.

We have just returned back from this incredible villa. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and arrived late in the night to the villa where we were greeted by the lovely Yasin who showed us around the villa and explained everything to us. He had even decorated the villa for our honeymoon and bought a delicious cake for us, it was a lovely surprise! The villa is very big over 4 floors and is equipped with everything you could need. We received a hamper basket with lots of good treats inside and the cupboards were stocked with food. There were also water coolers so we could have nice chilled water everyday. The pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and hot tub are all fabulous and really made the experience luxurious, also loved the rainfall showers! The villa is in a perfect location, just a short taxi ride to Oludeniz beach and the blue lagoon. One of the best things is that you only have to walk a short distance to the end of the road where there is a button you can press on the lamppost which will send a taxi over to you within minutes! We thought that was a really good idea, and there are a lot of them all over the area. Also hisaronu town is only a 10 min walk from the villa and is packed full of nice restaurants and shops and also has a lively nightlife. Overall i really loved this experience and would definitely stay here again, we are both planning to come back soon with our families to make use of all the rooms! Yasin also organised a transfer to and from the airport which was greatly appreciated, he was really so helpful and a wonderful host. Cant wait to come back soon.
