"A true home away from home!" Our family reunion at this villa was absolutely perfect. The property is extremely spacious and comes with every facility you could possibly need. The location is great—in a good part of town, yet peaceful, with plenty of room both inside and outside. We especially loved the delightful pool and barbecue area, which became the heart of our gatherings. The owner was amazing: always available when we needed anything, yet never intrusive. We used the villa as a base for hiking and easily took taxis to the beach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and convenience. Pet friendly.

enough room to be able to have space and enjoy the holiday. pool area was amazing and used everyday. Hoist Derek was exceptional always on hand to answer any questions and even arranged a base for us to stay once we checked out due to our late flights home.

Beautiful villa in a small cluster of villas, near the mountains. The host, Derek, is extremely helpful and accommodating. The lower floor has a large kitchen (with fridge/freezer, microwave, meat grill, dishwasher, toaster, hob, oven), 6 seater table, living room with tv which is comfortably furnished, double bedroom and bathroom. Access to the pool area is from this part of the house. The entrance floor has a large bedroom with both a double and single bed, bathroom opposite, large living room with smart TV, comfortably furnished, large kitchen (with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle), it has a 6-8 seater table and balcony off kitchen with 6 seater table with bar chairs. 3 large on-suite bedrooms upstairs with plenty of storage. Beds are all firm and comfortable. Beautiful Pool. Poolside has plenty of Sun beds and parasols. Bench with large table unit under complete shade, barbecue. The air-con units are also heating units for cold evenings off-season, which we really appreciated in early April. A 15 minute walk to the nearest small town with shops, but for less able walkers a taxi call button at the end of the drive causes a taxi to appear within 10 mins. (They are fairly reasonable prices, especially if 2 couples split the cost.) From the above town you can get a very cheap bus ride into Fethiye. We enjoyed a sunset boat tour from here.

This may be rare, but for large families who wish to self-cater, both kitchens may be in full use and a little more cooking equipment would be helpful. Wifi is a little patchy, but it’s free.
