Enclosed garden with garden furniture, safe for children. External laundry room with washing machine and central heating boiler.
Ground floor has open large lounge/dining area, TV, open fire place; kitchen with table and 6 chairs, fridge/freezer, dish washer for four place settings, electric cooker, microwave; separate bathroom and toilet, bedroom in tower with double bed and ensuite shower room. Open staircase with gate leads to mezzanine with 2 single beds, cot, high chair, bedroom in tower with double bed, single bedroom and family bathroom. The tower bedrooms have curtain doors.
Key holder/housekeeper lives nearby. Village of Nancras, 10 mins walk, has village shops.
Nearest beaches at Royan. Town of Saintes with Roman arena and remains 15km. La Rochelle 60 mins. Bordeaux 90mins. Cognac 40mins.
Airports at La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Ferry port St Malo.

Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen. David hat sich prima um alles gekümmert.Mit viel liebe zum Detailaufgebaut ist das Haus innen und außen ein Schmckstück.

We really enjoyed our stay in this characterful place. Plenty of space for everyone and all the necessary equipment you'll need (except for wifi, which didn't bother me!).
