Located in a peaceful setting near Royan, the cottage Le Marais Salant welcomes you for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Ideally located between land and sea, it allows you to discover the riches of the Marennes Oléron region, with its beaches, islands and many activities.
A spacious and comfortable cottage
With a generous surface area of 104m², Le Marais Salant offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay.
On the first floor, the living room consists of:
• A 15m² lounge area with two sofas and a flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
• A dining area under development, designed for convivial moments.
• A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and many accessories.
Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms, each with private shower room and toilet:
• Two double bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm bed.
• A large bedroom Family bed with a 140x190 cm bed and two 90x190 cm single beds.
• A baby cot is also available and can be installed in the room of your choice.
A pleasant and well-equipped exterior
Enjoy a private garden of 165m², including an enclosed area of 100m², equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. A private parking lot that can accommodate three cars is also at your disposal.
