The host's agent was waiting for us as we arrived. Communication and instructions were comprehensive and friendly.

Yes it was clean, and the manager who dealt with us was really helpful,and the complex was pretty quiet.

There was no double bed, it was two single beds pushed together and all the beds including the single beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable,and unfortunately we had some inconsiderate neighbours during our stay.The situation of the apartment is right on the edge of the resort, so as you come out of the front door there is a piece of land that's not good on the eye but overall we did enjoy our stay, I'm just being honest with my opinion. The pool area was kept clean and the property had 3 sunbeds in the area, so yes i do understand that it's not a 5☆property apart from the beds ,it's a quiet complex, kept clean, but if you want a day by the beach it's a bit of a trek (around a 15/20 minute walk away).The kitchen area is good and has a few bits and bobs in the cupboards (salt and vinegar and stuff like that)and the bedroom that has 2 single beds in has a tv with a dvd player, along with some dvd's (shrek)is just one, and the tv in the living room is good, you have to scan a barcode in the welcome pack to access facilities like Netflix and YouTube, but be aware that you have to have the capabilities to remove your data from the TV when you leave, so if you are of a certain person age this might be difficult.Would i stay here again, probably not, but that's probably because we have stayed in this resort for around 7 years and seen everything the island has to offer. Please do not be put off from this opinion of mine, I've stayed in better places, but stayed in a lot lot worse.
