Location, size of swimming pool, cleanliness, felt like home away from home. The host, Witek, was friendly, cordial, informative and went out of his way to be very helpful.
No air-conditioning, however this is the norm unless you go for a larger villa. Host was fantastic by providing an additional fan for our use.

It’s very modern and clean and has lots of things you didn’t realise you might need
The outside area gets no sun but the pool area makes up for it this

Nice space for a few days to a week, kitchen had everything you would need to prep meals. Decoration was nice and beds were very comfortable.
Shower room was tastfully decorated although shower drained very slowly so made it hard to spend much time in shower without having to turn the water off and wait for it to drain.
Comunication with the owner could have been a little better.
