Great place

Everything about the place, me and my mate took our teenage boys to watch Middlesbrough FC away. We stayed the night before. It was perfect, the boys loved it too. I would 100% recommend it. Everything we needed was there we had a chinease take away in the evening, and made a full breakfast before leaving

Exactly what I wanted.

The property was very very good. Loads of positives in relation to location and standard. The only thing that was a slight issue was the temperature level inside. There wasn’t any simply control panel to reduce it. The air source heat pump does its job but we were in the middle of a short heat wave and it was warm inside the property but we couldn’t reduce the temp.

Just the temp as above aside from that everything was really good.

Nice comfortable modern two floor home.

Modern stylish comfortable private extremely quiet home in close. 4 TVs , 2 bathrooms and nice spacious patio. Hosts dealt with a couple of things quickly and effectively after we messaged them.

You'll definitely have to use a car but there's a Greene king, flamin grill and hungry horse pub within a 10 mins drive to eat out at.

High quality accommodation with hosts who obviously care about their guests’ experience.

This house was everything it appeared to be (photos and description) and more. We were visiting family for Christmas but wanted our own space. This was a beautiful house with lots of thoughtful touches (including Christmas tree and lights which was totally unexpected). Everything is high spec, modern and well thought out. Very well equipped and nothing has been overlooked and there was coffee, tea and basic condiments there and toiletries etc. Bathrooms were beautiful (I am particularly fussy about this on holiday!) and shower was powerful and water hot. Heating worked well too (important if staying in the north in winter!) but would love to stay in the summer and use the little garden which leads out from bi-fold doors from the living area and which is very private with garden furniture. Loved the lounge area upstairs too. Communication from the hosts was excellent and always very prompt and obviously keen to check everything was in order and we were happy. We were - 10/10 and highly recommend.

One of the reviews mentioned the ‘hidden’ cutlery drawer which was now labelled but didn’t realise there was one in the other drawer too so perhaps needs a label. But that is minor - nothing to dislike about this property!

Great home, with great design. Loved the upstairs living area and two bathrooms.

The kitchen was nicely designed but couldn't find the hidden cutlery draw. Perhaps a sticker on it, or a handbook may be handy for following guests.

Great Stopover!

Communication with the owner was excellent, she was there to meet me exactly when she said she would even although I was running a wee bit late. Her two bed apartment is stunning and has everything you need for a couple of days or a couple of weeks. We were only in town for one night for some family business but are lucky to have found the perfect stopover. Coffee on the patio in the morning with the corner bi-folds open is a great start to the day! Thanks Diane.
