Location, property on the whole was very nice.

Bathrooms were dated and tired in need of modernisation . Bedrooms were very small and beds were uncomfortable

Quiet, rural location, about a half hour walk to Puerto Pollensa. Fantastic outdoor space with plenty of furniture choices for relaxing in the south facing garden. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans and cooking utensils. Large freestanding fridge freezer and good ceramic hob. Although be careful when using the oven, not sure the thermostat works! Overall a nice place to stay.

Whilst traditional decor is probably appropriate ,some things are looking a little tired. The bathrooms in particular could do with some modernising. There were also missing some touches that you usually expect such as toiletries. We also felt we would have benefited from a file with information about the villa, useful telephone numbers, restaurant recommendations, suggestions for places to visit etc. A visitors book for guests to share their experiences might also be helpful.
