About this cottage rental
Casa Rural Julián is situated in a small village to the south of the province of Soria, called Fuencaliente de Medinaceli, only 145 km from Madrid, along the N-II and only an hour and a half away from Madrid and Zaragoza. It is an isolated small village, away from all the noise and pollution, and only 1 km from the Motorway.
The Rural House is located at the top of the village, with superb views of the countryside . It is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the rural setting, at the same time it has all the modern-day comforts. It includes central heating.
Because of its strategic location, it can be established as a base to visit the surrounding areas of the provinces of Soria and Guadalajara:
- Medinaceli
- The medieval town of Sigüenza
- The architectural site of Ambrona
- Alcolea del Pinar (Casa de Piedra)
- The monastery of Santa María de Huerta
- Alhama de Aragón
- Rello
The house sleeps 11 people and has the following number of rooms:
- 1 twin room
- 1 triple room
- 2 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms + extra bed
- 1 bathroom and 1 WC
- Also, there is : A large hall, lounge-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a patio with a barbecue, games room and terrace-viewing balcony

La casa es muy amplia, tal como se ve en el anuncio, y está muy bien equipada. El propietario nos dio todas las facilidades con respecto a la hora de entrada y de salida. También nos dio la bienvenida con unos productos de la zona: torreznos, mantequilla, vino. Muchas gracias, Paco.
Muy recomendable para reuniones familiares o de amigos.

Casa muy recomendable, decorada con mucho gusto y que gana bastante al verla en vivo.
Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo, disfrutando de la casa al máximo. Muy entretenidos con los juegos varios que hay en la casa y también gracias a la colección de películas.
Resaltar la variada información turística sobre la zona y las recomendaciones de los alrededores.
La calefacción estupenda.
Y los “TORREZNOS” exquisitos. Gracias Paco, todo un detalle.

Gran fin de semana. Casa limpia y decorada con buen gusto. No le falta detalle Hemos estado con niños y ha sido estupendo. Cómoda y espaciosa (los niños tenían espacio para moverse y jugar)
Recomendamos visitar esta casa y sus alrededores (que están muy cerca: Medinaceli, Sigüenza, el mamut "que les encanto a los peques", etc... El entorno merece la pena y no hay que dedicar muchos minutos en coche.
