In the lush green mountains of Lefkada Island, just above Episkopos Beach, is beautiful Villa Zogianna. Villa Zogianna is a luxurious 3-bedroom accommodation with a soft romantic interior with pastel colours and wood elements, ideal for families. The villa is at a 2-minute walk from Episkopos Beach and a 10-minute walk to the village of Nikiana.

Indoor Area
Entering Villa Zogianna in Lefkada, you walk into the large open living area. This space consists of a lounge and dining area, that is designed with a sense of luxury and respect to Greek architecture. Also in this space is a fully equipped kitchen, that has all the essentials required for self-catering. The first of the three bedrooms is located on the ground level with an en-suite bathroom with shower. All the spaces on the ground level have direct access to the pool and outdoor area of Villa Zogianna.
Via internal staircase are the two other bedrooms of the accommodation. The twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom is spacious with sea views through its front facing windows. The master bedroom offers a large family bathroom with jacuzzi and most importantly a private balcony. Between the two bedrooms through the hallway is the upstairs balcony with the luxury of an outdoor lounge.
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area of beautiful Villa Zogianna consists of a large private swimming pool surrounded with space for everyone. Whether you want to soak up the Greek sun or just sit back and enjoy the sea views, the sun loungers and cozy outdoor lounge area will have everyone’s pleasure covered.

moderne, schön eingerichtete Villa, sehr sauber, Kommunikation mit Agentur jederzeit möglich (sehr hilfsbereit), Hanglage mit toller Aussicht, ca. 30 m über der Insel-Hauptverbindungsstraße (Verkehr zu hören, aber nicht wirklich störend), nächster Strand in fußläufiger Entfernung
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Nikiana selbst - ca. 1 km (Villa liegt am Ortsanfang) Entfernung zum Flughafen Preveza entspannte 40 min. mit dem Auto

The villa is really beautiful with a really amazing view, well equipped with everything you may need. We had some issue wth the shower but the agency has promptly solved it and they were extremely kind satisfying all our wishes and requestes. It has been really a relaxing and wonderful holiday

We had a week-long family holiday at this villa, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The place is more impressive than the pictures, with lots of space and beautiful views. The management were fantastic too, always on hand to answer questions and give recommendations of things to do around Lefkada. We were very impressed with the hole experience. Thank you!

This is a simply wonderful place to stay, with a great quiet beach within a 5 minute walk and restaurants nearby. We loved it here and had a fantastic holiday.
