Villa Aethra: A Three Bedroom Villa for up to 8 Guests, with private pool.
Villa Aethra offers a versatile layout, comprising of two separate spaces, always rented as one unit. A Maisonette with 2 bedrooms and an Apartment with 1 bedroom. This charming Villa accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably.
The Aethra Maisonette, adorned in a charming traditional Ionian yellow hue, features two bedrooms on its upper floor, while the ground level unveils a living room, spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus another bathroom. The upper floor's Master Bedroom and Twin Bedroom boast en suite bathrooms and private balconies with stunning sea vistas end exposed beam ceilings. The lower floor extends a welcoming ambiance with a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bench, dining table, fireplace (for winter escapes or remote working opportunities*), and a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is furnished with modern amenities—oven, ceramic top stoves, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, liquidiser, coffee maker (for filter coffee and Dolce Gusto espresso capsules), and complete cooking utensils.
Nestled below the Maisonette, the Aethra Apartment, accessed through an outdoor staircase and private entrance behind stone alcoves, offers spacious quarters including a Master Bedroom with a four-poster bed and en suite bathroom. The large open-plan lounge-kitchen area features a built-in living room setting convertible into 2 single beds. This versatile space accommodates 2 additional guests comfortably in proper bed mattresses. The Apartment's well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with another washing machine cater to modern needs, ensuring a seamless stay.
Throughout the property, modern conveniences abound—air conditioning in all rooms, Starlink satellite Wi-Fi, Flat TV with Satellite channels, DVD player, offering a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment for your stay.

Dining
Maisonette and Apartment have their own indoor dining tables. There is also another big dining table with chairs by the pool that can accommodate up to 10, to enjoy your gatherings with our breathtaking sea views!
Outdoor
Private Pool, Large dining table for 10, 6 sun beds, 1 pergola, 2 umbrellas, Outdoor lounge, Hammock, mobile coal BBQ.
There is parking space for two cars inside the premises for Villa Aethra. More parking space can be found just outside of the main gate.
The property is a complex of 3 detached Villas and is gated. The gate opens with a code panel and closes automatically after 2 minutes.
The nearest village is Nikiana coastal village at 6-7mins drive down the hill, where you can find the beach (no waves, easy for children), restaurants, bars, pharmacy, grocery stores, ATM, boat rental, etc. The walk down to the village is a nice 25min walk that is good for exercise, especially the way up. We are located uphill (thus the amazing views) and for the drive up, although all kinds of vehicles can pass (even larger trucks) as the road is paved all the way, we recommend cars and not vans just for your convenience and also easier parking. We have also arranged delivery services up to the Villas from the nearest supermarkets, cafes and some food places.
Our staff have a discreet presence and our property manager is on call for your every need. We can also arrange for you extra services such as boat/car rental, massage, private chef, etc. Preferably let us know in advance in order to secure availability.

We have just returned from our holiday at Diodati Villas and are sad to be home. We were thrilled with Villa Aethra and the location is stunning. Everything you would need is provided for you! No need to bring beach towels, washing up liquid, laundry tablets or even dishwasher tablets!! So much care and attention has been given to making this a beautiful home away from home. Dioni and Kostas are incredibly welcoming, very kind and thoughtful hosts and we cannot wait to return!!

I stayed in the yellow villa.
The villa is on 3 levels, ground floor where is the apartment and the first and second floor where the maisonette is. The view at all levels it is superb.
The beds are very comfortable, the excellent cuisine, and a citrus juicer.
It is absolutely necessary to have a car to reach the villa and to go to the beaches daily. Until the main road it is 2 km, but otherwise we would not have had such a beautiful view.
The Dioni host is very kind and eager to help with anything.
The only troublesome things are mosquitoes, but they are present in all of Greece.
We're glad we were Dionis's guests, and we hope to see her soon.

From the minute you drive through the gates you are in heaven. We were greeted by Laura the cleaner, shortly after Dioni's Mum also greeted us. The villa was immaculate and cleaned to a high standard. The views are breathtaking I could just all day watching the boats. We have teenage boys and even they loved it, obviously the free wifi helped! You will definitely need a car as very high up the steep mountain but worth it. We made full use of the downstairs apartment whilst having evening BBQs. Well equipped with everything you need. Can not recommended this villa enough. Laura speaks very little English, but couldn't do enough even bought buns in the morning. Loved it and would definitely go back.

We were 2 families with our children (all under the age of 5). The owners happily provided baby-cots for us and everything else we needed throughout our stay! Very clean, elegant Villa and surrounding spaces. We refilled our batteries in that beautiful place. The view is something we wish we could take with us back home! But we will be back!
