Everything: location, communication, accurate information, easy access to parking lot, the key and the apartment. The cleanliness and the comfort of the apartment. Freezing cold air conditioning ( loveee it ! Huge thanks and appreciation to the lady answering the phone for the support and customer service, she is amazing.
The only thing wrong with the location was that one of the toilets seat cover was very loose and unhinged. Unpleasant but not a deal breaker.

Location is great. Apartment is big and well split!
No basic coffee machine available, no possibility to toast some bread, so kitchen utility is very limited for such a big apartment. No real cleaning was done in the week we stayed there. Garbage was taken and towels changed but that’s all.
