We loved our stay at Viktoria A. The location is excellent right next to the train station and Gornergrat railway, close to local shops and evening attractions. The hosts, Beat & Myra are exceptional: they made us feel at home from the very first moment and helped us with any questions we could possibly have. Zermatt is always worth a trip and this residence is definitely one to return to.

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from Zermatt train station where the host met us when we arrived from Wengan and a very short walk away is the apartment that has a very good view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. On the ground floor is Coops supermarket that has all the essentials including wine. Everything is very convenient.
Everything was great including the super friendly hosts. No complaints at all.

very scarce toiletries . we have to buy our own toiletries . towels are too old. even a Goodwill store will not take them for donation.
