Mainly the building and the very tasteful refurbishment. Also the position
Some people not friendly at the counter and that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned as we went back mid afternoon

Location and building
Receptionist were not nice, they don’t even look at you, not good morning, not good afternoon, they were dressed in uniform, I think green or blue color, never said welcome or what can we do for you. Very bad customer service training. Dear Manager please ask them to be nicer and willing to go the extra mile.
