Low cost accomodation

Was easy to collect the keys, Stuff was responsive on my complaint. Heating was working well. Calm place. Spacious apartment.

Smell was not nice, most probably the previous guests smoked. Dirty (old) dishes - but those have been removed upon my request

Clean and spacious

Very clean, lots of space, friendly hosts. Had everything we needed for cooking, a coffee maker, etc.

In my opinion, the location is not ideal for longer stays, but nevertheless the place is easy to find and has plenty of space for parking.

Ein grundsätzlich schönes und sauberes Apartment mit liebevoller Einrichtung, das jedoch durch Rauchgeruch und fehlende

Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber gewesen; insgesamt wirkt alles gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestalte

Die Spülmaschine zeigte eine Fehlermeldung und war nicht nutzbar, sodass wir alles per Hand spülen mussten. Deutlich störender war jedoch, dass das Esszimmer stark nach Zigarettenrauch roch, obwohl es sich um ein Nichtraucher-Apartment handelt. Zudem wurde es bei den sehr kalten Außentemperaturen über Weihnachten nachts ab etwa 1–2 Uhr deutlich zu kalt, da die Heizung offenbar nicht mehr lief, was mit einem zweijährigen Kind sehr unangenehm war.

Für den Preis ausbaufähig

Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Ausstattung und Komfort sind grundsätzlich gut, sodass man sich schnell wohlfühlen kann.

Während des Aufenthalts gab es einige technische Probleme (u. a. Glastür, Rollladen, Kühlschrank), die teilweise erst nachträglich und ohne Rückmeldung behoben wurden. Dabei kam es leider auch zu Glassplittern in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation hätte insgesamt transparenter und besser abgestimmt sein können.

Het was schoon en inchecken was zeer eenvoudig.

Bij Booking stond dat je elektrisch kon laden. Dat kan alleen niet. Bovendien waren de parkeerplekken slecht aangegeven.

Leichtes ein uns aus checken. Wohnungsfindung mit Schnipseljagt feeling- da die Straßen Eingangstür nicht gekennzeichnet

Lage war ok, Bauernhof feeling, Naturnah

Leider war der Geruch sehr negativ prägend. Treppenhaus, Hausflur der Wohnung sowie die Küche waren sehr unangenehm. Die Schlafräume sowie das Bad waren ok. Wohnungstür klappert durch schließen der anderen Wohnungstüren- da diese aus Glas ist, etwas unwohles, beobachtendes, unsicheres Gefühl.

Es war ein Apartment ohne Frühstück Edeka war nicht weit entfernt. Selbstverpflegung!

Sauberes Appartement in ruhiger Lage

Einfache Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselkasten, sauberes Appartement (trotz Teppichboden), bequeme Betten, Fliegengitter zum Balkon (so gut für eine warme Sommernacht!!), viele Schränke, sogar Rollläden, die die Wärme gut abgewehrt haben, Parkplätze direkt vor der Türe, ruhige Lage in Seitenstraße.

Die Küchenzeile war etwas eng/klein (aber sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber), der Tresor war noch vom Vormieter geschlossen und somit nicht nutzbar, insgesamt fast ein wenig zu viele Stühle/Sessel für die Größe des Appartements, der Kühlschrank gibt regelmäßig sehr laute Geräusche von sich.

Für drei Tage Kurzurlaub optimal. Auch die Fahrräder konnten untergestellt werden.

Ruhige Lage und mit allem Ausgestattet was man für 3 Tage braucht. Kein Problem die Fahrräder sicher unterzustellen. sehr hilfsbereit.

Die anderen Mieter pinkelten im Hof in die Blumen, während wir auf dem Balkon saßen.
