Casa Bubo

Het ontvangst was zeer warm en hartelijk. We kwamen net aanrijden en Dominik was er al. Begeleide ons goed rond.. Hielp ons met de koffers.. Top voor elkaar. Het uitzicht was fantastisch.. de ruimtes waren ook prima. Na klacht over viezigheid is het dakterras nog wel schoongemaakt werd wel opgepakt Bedden waren wel prima hoor..

Het was absoluut niet schoon. Het appartement kan wel een update gebruiken. Likje verf.. Deuren die verrot zijn. Badkamer niet schoon. Nieuwe toiletbrillen is geen overbodige luxe Keuken ontbrak niets aan qua apparatuur, maar alles mag wel een keer een goede schoonmaakbeurt krijgen. Wasmachine aanwezig maar vertoont veel roest en door het gebruik hebben we 3 tot 4 keer geheel in het donker gezeten, kortsluiting. Naar de stoppenkast, en weer resetten. Dan nog de viezigheid op de tv, spiegels.. Nee dit verdient niet de hoofdprijs. Het was een teleurstelling dat ik zelf eerst goed aan de poets moest.. Het eerste terras was perfect qua uitzicht. De loungebedden (kussens) niet schoon.. maar er waren genoeg kleden aanwezig die we eerst hebben uitgewassen en eroverheen hebben gedaan. Dakterras was teleurstellend.. niks geen dekjes in de ligstoelen en wat wel aanwezig was, was te vies om aan te pakken. Opbergkist aanwezig maar viel van ellende uit elkaar..

Het gehele pakket. Leuk huis, goede inrichting, zeer volledige uitrusting, de rust in en om het huis. Foto’s geven een goed beeld, maar in het echt zie je pas hoe volledig de inrichting en voorzieningen zijn. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Ook de aanwezigheid van basisvoorzieningen zoals zout, peper, een aantal koffiepads, etc. Waarschijnlijk van vorige huurders geeft je meteen al een kick start. Ook wij hebben weer e.e.a. achtergelaten voor volgende huurders.

Hier en daar mag er wat cosmetisch onderhoud worden verricht. Alleen is dit op de totale beleving geen storende factor geweest.

Casa molto ampia, pulitissima, piena di accessori. Dal terrazzo e dal rooftop si ammira il mare e la parte più urbana di Caleta de Fuste. La posizione un po' fuori è secondo me un punto di forza. Accoglienza molto gentile e anche il servizio post-vendita è fantastico.

Di sera è difficile trovare parcheggio nel vialetto interno e molti si mettono in doppia fila, ma sono tantissimi alloggi ed è quindi comprensibile. In ogni caso, c'è molto altro parcheggio nello spiazzo appena fuori dal cancello, che per alcuni alloggi risulta anche più comodo.

* Beautiful views from the apartment. * Good location for exploring the island (although a car is highly recommended). * Spacious enough for three people. * Competitive price compared to many other accommodations in the area. * Friendly and helpful person who welcomed us. * Air conditioning available. * No private parking, but we never had any problems finding a parking space either on the street or in the courtyard below the building.

* Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. We had to vacuum and mop the floors ourselves and clean the bathrooms after arrival before we felt comfortable using them. Even the vacuum cleaner was in poor condition and emitted a strong dusty smell during use. * The bedding did not smell fresh, which made us question whether it had been changed before our arrival. * The sofa and sofa cushions had a noticeable body odor, making them unpleasant to use. * The smaller bedroom had a noticeable damp, musty smell throughout our stay. * One mattress in the smaller bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, while the other had a strong urine-like odor, making it unpleasant to sleep on. * The air conditioning worked well, but it emitted a slight musty odor while running, making us wonder whether it had been properly cleaned and maintained. * There was an ongoing problem with tiny ants in the kitchen throughout our stay. * The rooftop terrace was dusty, cluttered and not particularly inviting when we arrived, so we did not end up using it. * The apartment would benefit from better maintenance. There were numerous small defects, unfinished repairs and visible signs of wear throughout the property.
