Perfect location. Just outside the tourist centers Los Cristianos and PdlA.
Very nice apartment with nice facilities. Not too crowded and good restaurants in the vicinity.
Parking is perfect under the building.
Reception with the agent went really well.
The beds are very hard and the double bed has 2 matrasses which slide over the frame.
Like in a lot of places in Tenerife there are some bugs (tiny but a lot).
At night there is always a bit of noice from surrounding hotels.

Estaba limpio.
Había problemas con la puerta del garaje y nos retrasó algunos días la salida y entrada al apartamento. La dueña nos pidió que nos encargáramos de solucionarlo y que se haría cargo del gasto, pero tras solicitárselo varias veces no nos ha devuelto ese dinero. Algunas cucarachas en el balcón.
