Apartment ADEJE PARADISE. Two rooms

Fantastic apartment and complex. Check in and communication with owner was easy and smooth. Would definitely stay again.

We booked this apartment on 26th Feb for use 4th April having requested the feasibility of a late checkout and obtaining a positive response from the owner. Late check in/out was required due to the lateness of our flights. Once the apartment was booked, the owner would not comment, confirm or respond in any way shape or form , about our requests for confirmation regarding our late check out arrangements. Upon arrival the apartment and complex was found to be spotlessly clean, nicely presented and exactly as described. It was late in the evening when we arrived and were met at the apartment as agreed,by Isabel (person responsible for handover/cleaning etc) who advised that there was no provision for late check out. Although I attempted to contact the owner, again she refused to respond, so although we had a lovely holiday, our last day was somewhat blighted, since we were required to leave at 12pm although our flight home did not depart until 9:45pm. Accepting that the cleaner could do nothing to accommodate this request, without agreement from the owner, who refused to communicate, we arranged to store our belongings, spend the rest of the day at the pool and shower later, in my brothers apartment (staying at the same complex with a late check out agreement) but requested the use of our apartment towels. This was eventually given begrudgingly, after more negotiation than one would have anticipated for such a small consideration. In summary this is a nice apartment in a nice complex. The food at the pool bar is of good quality and at a reasonable price. A car is essential here. We had a lovely holiday, but be aware if you require a late check out , you will likely not get it, even if you think that is exactly what you initially agreed and booked. Regards
