Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Strand und an der von uns besuchten Surfschule. Wir benötigten kein Auto für unsere Freizeitaktivitäten rund um Peniche und Ferrel. Das entsprach uns sehr! Die Übergabe und Rückgabe der Schlüssel verlief unkompliziert und wir wurden immer zeitnah über den nächsten Schritt von dem Team von Best Houses 66 informiert (Anreise, Aufenthalt, Abgabe der Schlüssel). Die Räume und Küche waren sehr sauber, wir haben die Waschmaschine/Tumbler und die Abwaschmaschine rege genutzt. Der Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach entsprach unserem Bedarf und war genügend gross. Es hat genügend Entsorgungscontainer rund um die Wohnanlage, so dass der Abfall und die Recyclingverpackungen regelmässig entsorgt werden konnten. Bei einem nächsten Besuch in Ferrel/Peniche würden wir wieder in dieser Unterkunft übernachten wollen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung. Es hat viele Hundehalter. Einige davon nehmen leider den Hundekot nicht auf. Dieser liegt dann auf den Gehsteigen und dem Rasen. Es ist ratsam zu schauen, wohin man läuft.
