The room was large clean and comfortable, The wild life seen from window was amazing. The toiletries and drinks/ biscuits were all top class. The breakfasts was amazing all top quality and plenty of it. Megan the host was very polite and helpful nothing was too much for her she made our stay so pleasant .

The property is a converted barn done to a high standard and is in a lovely location with very nice outside space. The room was very clean and comfortable with an excellent shower room. The property is well placed for travelling to the surrounding places of interest and only five minutes from Grassington. Megan, who runs the place is very helpful and friendly and provides an excellent breakfast choice with excellent quality food with locally sourced meat and eggs from their own hens.
