Clear communication from host re: parking and lock safe. The location is on a busy road, but good parking space meant that wasn’t a problem. Traffic noise not unduly troublesome due to good windows. No traffic noise heard in rear bedroom. Very clean, good quality and comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had little problems with dishwasher and cooker, but instructions booklets sorted them. Shower rooms were a good size and well- appointed, with ample hot water. Nice touches with hot drinks and snacks. We forgot teabags, so that was appreciated.

We really don’t have any criticisms. A short guide to using the cooker hob and dishwasher would be useful so the that we didn’t have to get out the manufacturer’s instruction.

Benches, rather than dining chairs Location right on a busy main road - ok for us, as we used the rear bedroom No freezer - just a small (partially iced up) freezer compartment in fridge. My wife cut her hand, in the first hour as she caught it on a broken tissue box cover. The owner apologised profusely, putting the blame on her cleaners.

A beautiful home from home! Everything was a high spec and loads of lovely little touches made it stand out.

Was great location for a wedding we were attending in Grassington

Hot water only lasted for half a shower then was without until next day. Hosts were told and was rectified for the next morning but wasn’t great having a cold shower. Property was a little dusty and cobwebs here and there but overall pretty clean.
