Nice stay for a group of people

We haven’t met the host but she sounded a nice person. The place was spacy and quiet .

Before getting into the property, we had to send copies of our ID by WhatsApp. Felt a bit insecure. The flat was cold but couldn’t put the heater. There were so many information about the flat(rules etc) but as we stayed only one night, it was much information.

Rambling characteristic apartment on the edge of Domodossola

When severe weather at Easter meant a last-minute change in travel plans serendipity brought us to this rambling first-floor apartment in a beautiful old house 15 minutes walk from Domodossola station (8 minutes from the market square). It is extremely light and spacious with a garden and views of the mountains. A kitchen and dining room and a big Coop close by meant we could cook and enjoy ‘La dolce vita’ each evening. And it was very good value for money.

We didn’t mind at all, but the room setup could deter some visitors as to reach the bathroom at night from the double bedroom you must either go through the other rooms or across the public stairway.

Terribile, riscaldamenti assenti in inverno

Il riscaldamento non funzionava, la casa ha impiegato ore per riscaldarsi. Successivamente durante la notte il riscaldamento si è spento del tutto e non abbiamo nemmeno più avuto accesso all'acqua calda. La mattina il gelo, e l'acqua ghiacciata non ha di certo aiutato. Abbiamo provato a contattare i proprietari per segnalare il problema ma sono spariti. Le strutture non vanno aperte se sono assenti i servizi di base. Inutile dire che ci siamo ammalati. In aggiunta, la porta di ingresso non è per niente sicura. Potrebbe tranquillamente essere aperta/sfondata con un semplice calcio.

Casa amb història i estil

Casa preciosa i mobiliari còmode (llits, sofà, cuina i lavabo). Alguns detalls arquitectònics propis d'una casa antiga, eren una diversió més que una incomoditat.

Els porticons deixen passar molta llum i les cortines són translúcides. Amb la llum solar em vaig despertar més d'hora del que hauria volgut.

l'appartamento è molto spazioso e pulitissimo, completo di tutte le dotazioni di base e tante piccole accortezze e gentilezze in più. Ideale per famiglie.Luogo tranquillo a circa 5-10 min a piedi dal centro storico, e circa 10-15 min.a piedi dalla stazione.Ospitabilità e informazioni molto dettagliate dai titolari, molto gentili e sempre a disposizione.

siamo stati ben informati dall'inizio che la TV non è collegata al digitale, ed è dotata di cavo hdmi x collegarla al proprio PC.
