It’s in the center of Rize downtown. Staff is soo wonderful. Breakfast is good.

The suite we stayed in was in the first floor and close to streets so we couldn’t sleep well due to noise. The window shades aren’t thick enough to block sunlight, the sun rises too early and sleeping is impossible. The colors of the suite furniture are dark and gloomy. The elevators are very small, but there are two elevators.

Staff very friendly and useful.

Parking was difficult and the room had bad smell of smoke as other guests were smoking in their toilets that had common ventilation with our toilet. A real problem, it was basically like being in the room with someone smoking. And it was continuous. Breakfast had limited choices. one of the bed was damaged and we needed to change room. Bad insonorization of the room, even if we were at the highest floor we could hear the street noise all night.

Очень услужливый персонал: всегда помогали с парковкой. Просто супер завтрак, по сути как ALL INCLUSIVE (только без алкоголя): очень большой выбор блюд, очень вкусная выпечка. Хорошие номера и Интернет, единственный минус - оооочень маленькая раковина в ванной.

Хорошие апартаменты. Просторно. Центр города. Рядом магазины, детская площадка. Парковка машины прям под отелем. Отличный персонал. Улыбаются все время. Великолепный завтрак с отличным видом на город. Стиральная машина и сушильная сразу. Джакузи

Не было посуды. Пришлось просить. Все принесли быстро, очень. Но сам факт. За такими вещами нужно следить. Плюс нет губки и моющего средства, чтоб помыть посуду. Про порошок молчу уже
