About this apartment rental
Characteristic two-level apartment, finely furnished and restored in details, located in the ancient village of Montiano; Here you can spend a relaxing holiday in the enchanting atmosphere of the typical Tuscan village and, thanks to its strategic position, start discovering the Maremma ... from the sea of Argentario to the splendid spa of Saturnia, perhaps passing through the cellars of the Tuff city.
The accommodation
The house of about 50 sqm is located in an ancient building located in the historic center of the medieval town of Montiano, about 300 meters above sea level, ideal for resting in tranquility but having at the same time everything at your fingertips.
My apartment is on two levels; There is access to the first floor where there is living with the kitchenette and a living room balcony from the private condominium court, which can also be used by guests; Through the inner staircase you go down to the ground floor where the bedroom is, with a large window overlooking the usual courtyard and a small but comfortable bathroom with a ventilation system.
The apartment is perfect for couples or families who will enjoy the sofa bed as a second bedroom; You are also welcome to your little pets, always respecting the home and the neighborhood.
Guest Access
Montiano offers three restaurants, two of which with pizzeria, a wine bar with free wifi, another bar, a pharmacy, an ATM, a church, a playground, an oven and a grocery store, as well as wonderful views towards the Argentario coast, which towards the Morellino hills. In the village of Montiano there are many free parking spaces close to the apartment.
To connect to the internet you can access the free wifi of a bar located about 100 meters from the house.

L'appartamento di Manuela è un vero gioiellino dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere una vacanza in piena tranquillità. Montiano è un caratteristico paesino toscano tattico per raggiungere facilmente sia le località di mare (Talamone, Parco dell'Uccellina, Argentario, Isola del Giglio..) che quelle dell'entroterra maremmano (Scansano, Pitigliano, Capalbio ...).
Grazie alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità di Manuela, ci siamo sentiti fin da subito come a casa nostra. Consigliatissimo.

La casa di Manuela è meravigliosa e molto molto pulita.
La camera da letto è al piano inferiore ed è molto fresca anche in piena estate, senza bisogno di ventilatori o condizionatori.
Manuela è molto gentile e disponibile, comunicare con lei prima dell'arrivo è molto semplice e durante tutto il periodo del mio soggiorno per qualsiasi necessità è stata subito presente.
Non posso che consigliare a tutti di soggiornare da Manuela a Montiano!
