La posizione è eccezionale, in un piccolo borgo a ridosso di molte mete affasciananti. Il mare è a 20'. Consigliabili mete con spiagge rocciose (es. Talamone), dove è il mare è più limpido.
La pulizia dell'alloggio è certamente rivedibile. Io voglio credere ad una sfortunata coincidenza e nulla più. Tuttavia alcuni piccoli dettagli potrebbero fare la differenza (es. la caldaia si è spenta all'improvviso e per un paio di giorni abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda, non essendoci cambio biancheria per tutta la durata del soggiorno avere una lavatrice a disposizione potrebbe essere un plus, forno e lavastoviglie sono presenti ma non funzionanti). Da tenere presente che l'alloggio è situato al piano terra di una palazzina con residenti, alcuni dei quali con abitudini poco carine (es. scrollare la tovaglia dal balcone direttamente sulla veranda dove pranzate/cenate o gettare la cenere della sigaretta nel giardino sottostante).
