    It's almost at the end of Pattaya. But that makes it one of the few hotels with access to the beach. It's a nicely made hotel... Made with lot of care. But not sure if many come and stay there since it's little far from the Pattaya nightlife and centres of attraction. That's probably why the ambience feels bit unkempt. The afternoon snacks served is very good. The employees are brilliant and always with a smile. Great place to watch the sunset, from the cliffs and sipping on beer or coffee.

    5 star view and privacy. For a 7k room we expected reality to match the photos on agoda. Huge leak from inside the wall of the shower. Floor falling into ground in toilet and shower. Black mold in shower. Roof falling apart. Pool tiles all over the place. Garden lights falling apart. Floor tiles in room separating. Holes and cracks in patio and walls of room. No buffet breakfast as advertised. Pick item off menu. Hotel refused to answer agoda on 2 attempts to resolve.
