    I do not recommend this hotel for several reasons based on my recent experience. First and foremost, the amenities were not properly maintained, and the comfort room, in particular, was noticeably unclean, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Another major concern was the lack of available staff — it was difficult to find anyone to assist during the stay, and the level of service was extremely disappointing. Additionally, the room itself lacked basic features that are usually expected, such as a television, which added to the feeling of inconvenience. The location of the hotel was also quite challenging to find, which caused unnecessary hassle upon arrival. Given the high price, the overall quality of the service and accommodations did not meet even the most basic expectations. It felt overpriced for what was actually provided. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Bohol, and I would not recommend it to future travelers seeking comfort and value for their money.

    The lobby looked abandoned—dusty and dirty. The swimming pool was filthy, as if it hadn’t been maintained for a long time. Our room had a broken door that barely locked, and the key was in poor condition. Inside, we had to request air freshener because of the unpleasant smell. There were cockroaches, no towels or tissues, and when we asked for them, it took a long time for the staff to respond. While the bed was large and the room spacious, it was clear that maintenance had been neglected. The TV had been removed, leaving behind an obvious mounting bracket. There were also two unnecessary cabinets in the room, seemingly just dumped there. Overall, the place looked and felt completely different from the pictures, and even the smell was off. We won’t be coming back.

    I informed upon booking that I will arrive around 6 PM (late check-in that turns into a very2x late check in). We arrived at 6 and guest what, wala ni isang tao na pwedeng mapagtanungan, like no information desk or staff to welcome you upon arrival..so, I've notice na may mga guard dun sa restaurant,kaya lumapit kami doon at nagtanong kung saan kami pwede mag check in , he told us na mag wait sa lobby kasi may lalapit lang daw na staff until we notice other couple na bumaba from their rooms kasi di daw ma lock ang door ng room nila. It was around 7 something na wala ni isang staff na lumapit sa amin to accomodate us, and worst, its already 1 hour ago.. like hey! late check in na nga kami, para makapahinga na sana kasi may baby pa pero wala kang mapagtanungan. Luckily may dumating na neighbor ng resort, from the other restaurant na nagsabi na kaibigan daw sya ng owner, sabi nya wala daw kasi ang owner nasa Manila at wala silang alam sa mga booking..To make the story a very long story (kasi di talaga to pwede i short, hinanapan nya kami ng room sa resort. Tumulong sya kasi may mga staff naman pala doon sa taas na parang new staff pa kasi di pa talaga sila organize. Di nila alam kung saan kung mga key, punda, beddings at kung ano-ano pang hinahanap. May dumating na isang friend din ata ng neighbor ,sabi nya nakapaglinis daw sya dun sa room sa taas banda ng pool. So dun nya kami dinala kasama yung 2 couple na bumaba.. As in tumawag pa kami sa Agoda para matanong kung saan kami mag complain na late na di pa kami na accomodate at yung mga friend knu ng owner ay di din namin pwede ma reklamuhan kasi sila na nga yung tumutulong para ma accomodate kami , like they don't even work there. Alas, nahanapan nila kami ng room , so yung 2 couple nilipat sila at ngayon nasa magkatabi na room kami.. Walang susi ang room, kasi di daw nila mahanap. So just bring the important belongings kung gusto nyo lumabas para kumain. So, cge.. fine nalang at least makapagpahinga na kami kasi 8 PM na po. Early in the morning, nag check out na kami around 9 AM.. Para lang kami nagpunta dun para matulog... It would be our first and last in that resort.
