    My wife and I stayed here in December 2025. Although the property is budget-friendly, the experience was disappointing. The place looks very different from the photos and felt more like a construction site, with one building still under construction. The room lacked basic amenities—no fan, AC without a remote, no mirror, very low lighting, and no proper cupboard space. Parking for a four-wheeler was difficult, reception did not respond to calls, drinking water was not provided, and we also faced a water shortage. Overall, it was a struggle staying here. However, if you are a group of boys looking for a budget stay in Goa during December and do not have high expectations, you may consider this property.

    This was the nice place to stay. The staff was very supportive. I would suggest this hotel is best for your stay in Goa. Rooms were clean as well as the washrooms. Pool is also neat and clean.
