    I had checked-in with my family that includes children and parents both of whom are senior citizens. On arrival, the staff refused to pick up our luggage and take it to the first floor as there is no lift, citing that most of them had retired after lunch and would return in the evening. The manager at the reception had no idea that breakfast was included in our reservation. The condition of the bedsheets and pillow covers were not up to the mark as there were hairs. When the staff finally came to change them in the evening, they appeared to be much annoyed and unnecessarily showed it off to my parents. The ceiling above the western toilet in our room is leaking, and while sitting on the toilet filthy water from the washroom above keeps on dropping on the head. The extra single bed that was to be provided in our room was actually a single mattress with a bed sheet and not a cot, no additional pillows were there. The AC remote was absent, so it could not function. Although TV was there, no connection was provided so that customers could not watch TV. The breakfast quality was not good at all and quantity and variety was also less. There was no restaurant service of their own. The manager or the staff had no urgency to make any response to our requests. Most of all, nobody was present at the reception desk round the clock to listen to different customer issues. Overall, had a very bad experience
