    Very happy with the location of the hotel because subways and shops are nearby making the hotel a convenient place for moving about. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was regular and we come back to a clean room everyday. Will come back when we visit Tokyo again.

    My wife & I really enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. The room was clean & had all the amenities were needed.The staffs were very helpful. Ms Oli Kumari helped us out to get to the metro & monorail to the airport and went all the way to show us the way to take the elevator from the Ningyocho line. Really appreciate the excellent service. Many thanks.

    This is a no frills hotel with rooms that smell greasy and the whole building reeks of cigarette. I needed to arrange luggage forwarding to my next hotel, so asked the concierge to confirm with the next hotel in advance. The staff on duty was a young, female Japanese employee with an unpleasant attitude. She was unhelpful and made no effort to communicate when I clearly struggled with using Google translate. She then refused to lend me the hotel phone for me to call the next hotel myself and made no effort to suggest alternative solutions.
