Very uncomfortable bed, bathroom was awkward, I new when I booked it was inland view but didn't expect it to very so dowdy and dark.

it was ok overall, but when you pay that much for a room you would like it to be more than OK

The air conditioning was not satisfactory, not cool enough. At breakfast ,both mornings , we had to wait for coffee mugs to be brought . So this means there aren't enough. In addition, the presentation of the food was rather shoddy, not attractive enough. Also , the fruit selection could be better and the fruit...fresher. But what was really shocking for us both were the beach towels. They create a very bad impression of the hotel as they look old and dirty. I know they are not dirty but this is the impression they give because the colours are not what they should be.

Not a bad hotel, but not what I was expecting from the pictures, especially at that price.

Location was amazing.

Quality of rooms is not great. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Pool area is small. So many beds packed together, basically touching one another. But my biggest gripe is the towel schedule, you can only get beach towels between 10-12 in the morning. So if you check in at 2pm don't expect to use the pool until the next day unless you bring your own towel! Served breakfast is ok, same every day. No area to sit inside, have to sit outside and its hot!!!!

Great location! Basic hotel!

The hotel is right on a nice, sandy beach. It is in central Protaras with so many things to do around. It is clean and feels new. Receptions ladies were great!

The hotel is very basic regarding furnishing and decorations. It feels a bit ‘cold’ and there is not even a touch of luxury in it. The restaurant’s food wasn’t nice when we had dinner there. The salad vegetables weren’t freshly cut they looked like they were cut from the morning or even worse from the previous day!

The hotel is very clean and tidy, the reception staff all very nice.. Marianna in the pool bar is absolutely amazing and very entertaining. Her cocktails are superb. The pool had plenty of beds . The room was spacious and clean.

Location. Right on the beach & views from our 4th floor balcony amazing

Expecting a twin room for 2 seniors but only had a double room available. Not impressed. Hotel did provide separate duvet’s but far too heavy & hot for time of year. Bathroom perfect with walk in shower and always plenty of hot water. Curtains across balcony doors did not have black out lining so too bright too early in the morning. For the price, it would have been nice to have provided mattresses on balcony sun beds. Breakfast & lunch always plenty of choice but evening meals a bit limited. Evening bar snacks, never noticed!

Living on the past glory

The location is perfect, near the beach and easily accessible. The staff members are really nice, starting with Stavros who welcomed us and showed everything we needed for our stay.

Ventilation Issues & Poor Sleep Quality Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a comfortable way to ventilate the room. If you turn on the AC at night, it gets freezing. If you leave it off, the room becomes unbearably hot. Opening the balcony doors wasn’t an option either—mosquitos everywhere. So we ended up having really poor sleep, waking up multiple times during the night. Low-Quality Bathroom Products The shower had a cheap 9-in-1 detergent—definitely not something you'd expect from a place aiming for quality. It felt more like a cost-saving measure than something chosen with guest comfort in mind. Disappointing Breakfast The breakfast was very basic and repetitive. Low-quality ham and cheese, day after day. Is it really that hard to include something like feta or a bit more variety? C’mon… Soundproof is non-existant. Being able to hear every single thing from the hallway is on another level.. and guess what, we said that we will spend our honeymoon in their hotel and we received the room right next to the elevators and main lobby. Gym equipment is just there to fulfill the 4 stars hotel, but it doesn't have anything except leg machines and 1 half bench press.. Again, the staff members were really nice all the time.but overall the price for a 4 star hotel is just not there. I saw multiple 'hotel of the year' signs from 2016 and similar years but..

Overall we had an amazing g time at the hotel the staff were amazing and always helpful in every way, the only very small complaint was that our bed was of two single beds together which made it a little uncomfortable as a couple.

Exceptional

The food was excellent!! Every day something new to eat! We had all inclusive and it was perfect!! Staff really nice and friendly! Location is great, you just go 2 steps from hotel and you're on the beach! Overall we have nothing to claim!! I recomend also to go to Italian veranda restaurant which belong to Vrissaki beach - great food and service!!

Also if you like to stay by the pool you have sea view and the beach by 50m in front. Breakfast very nice and various (was the only meal that we chose). Super friendly and supportive staff. Halfboard was really good, large choice of meats, vegetables, fruits, desserts. Room nice, comfortable and very clean and quiet (good walls, no sounds from other rooms)

The rooms are beautiful. Convenient location in walking distance from restaurants shops etc. The sea in front of it is amazing-if you are lucky enough to find a sunbed and/or an umbrella.

The location is in the center of Protaras which makes it very busy. No sunbeds available by the pool or the beach from 10am. The staff was not very friendly expect from reception who were great. I asked for a chair to sit by the pool since there were no sunbeds and they didn't allow it. Generally i didn't see the willingness to help or r a welcoming approach.
