The accomoodation is located in a small dead-end road, on the edge of the town, so it is really quiet.
The nightmarket is easy to reach (about 10 minutes walk.
Small grocery stores, restaurants, laundry, car/scooter rental etc. are all within walking distance.
The beach is also relatively close.
Our room was big.
Shower and airco work great.
Small fridge, water kettle, waterdispenser are all present.
It is the perfect, affordable, place to stay in Kenting.
It was a pity that the pool was empty, but apparently that is because this time of the year there is a lot of dust and dirt flying around and it is difficult to keep the pool clean. But they did mention that before in the info that we got.

1) room, bathrooms were clean and smells fresh.
2) bedsheets, pillow covers were clean and fresh.
3) ac is working properly.
4) drinking water dispenser is available 24 hours.
5) free car parking is available.
6) for barbeque best place, we can cook outside and have meal together.
1) whatever the facilities they are providing it is okay but money is a bit expensive for these facilities.
2) Resort is not as like photos, there is no swimming pool. Just a 2 feet water small pond, need to maintenance.
