Das Objekt ist zwar etwas veraltet aber funktional und prinzipiell ist alles da was man braucht. Würde ich nochmal buchen.

Sehr viel Staub überall. Vor Ankunft wurde nicht mal gelüftet. Altes Wasser im Wasserkocher. Alte Krümel im Toaster. Kippen im Aschenbecher. Draußen überall Unkraut. Hauseingang voller Spinnweben.
