About this house rental

Comfortable and high quality holiday home at 4 star level, suitable for 4 adults and a toddler (up to 3 years). Ideally and quietly located in the triangle between the spa center (approx. 200m), the museum harbor / town center (approx. 350m) and the marina / beach (approx. 500m). On the ground floor (external roller blinds and fly screens) there is the living room (LED flat screen, DVD player, stereo system, etc.) with dining area for 5 people and access to the large terrace with seating and parasol, a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, senseo) Machine, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer and much more), as well as a guest toilet with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds, original Velux blackout blinds, heat protection, fly screens and LED TVs), as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet. High chair, baby bed, gate, grill, two new 6-speed bicycles and two wheels with parking space and car parking space are also available. It is a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed, WiFi included. Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.

Schon die erste Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Das Haus selber ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen Extras die nicht selbstverständlich sind. Es war für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, in der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht und sich wohlfühlen kann. Alle Angaben zur Wohnung können wir bestätigen. Die Lage der Wohnung fanden wir ideal für uns, mitten zwischen Innenstadt und Strand. Beides sehr gut fussläufig für uns erreichbar gewesen. Hervorragende und umgehende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Die als neuwertig deklarierten Fahrräder erwiesen sich als ältere Modelle mit rostigen Ketten. Die Reifen waren platt und in einem Fall mussten wir einen neuen Schlauch einziehen lassen. Des weiteren gehört die Dunstabzugshaube dringend gereinigt.!!! Aber insgesamt waren wir nach Behebung der Missstände sehr zufrieden.

Diese Ferienwohnung hat fünf Sterne wirklich verdient. Sie ist sauber, zentral gelegen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen sie auch gerne weiter. Wer hier was zu meckern hat, stöhnt wirklich auf hohen Niveau. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super schnell und sehr nett. Danke und machen Sie weiter so.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Ostfrieslands inkl. Inseln. Und am Ort selber ist alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Tipp: Abwechslungsreiche Fahrradtour mit geliehenem E-Bike zuerst am Deich entlang bis nach Hooksiel und dann über Jever zurück nach Carolinensiel. Angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges Ferienhaus. Für uns als Famile mit 2 Kindern war das Haus super. Sowohl der Strand, als auch das Zentrum von Carolinensiel waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter war sehr freundlich und es wurde sich um alle Fragen und Anliegen gekümmert.
