Very decent rooms, a bit out of the way, a largish hotel in an Eastern European style building (I’m Ukrainian, this is not a complaint). It’s perfectly sufficient and a huge parking lot across the street is super convenient.
Zero sound proofing and some extremely noisy guests.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful . Also, the room and most importantly sheets were very clean

The receptionist was very helpful
The telephone connection to the reception did not work. Wooden corners of beds are sharp and dangerous. No water kettle available, no air conditioner! No teabags or coffee in the room. No second chair. No place to put toiletries.
