Apartamento antigo porém charmoso, a Dona Graciela e a Victoria foram muito atenciosas. Roupa de cama confortável e apto limpo.

Por ser um apto de mais de 80 anos a tubulação do banheiro é velha, molha todo o banheiro quando toma banho e a descarga é lenta.
