Esta ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, muy bueno para comprar en la anónima de la esquina y todos los locales gastronómicos a pocos pasos. No hay ruido zona muy tranquila.
Todo esta muy bien para pasar unos días de la mejor manera. Se puede mejorar las 2 tv. La única tv smart es muy vieja y ya no soporta netflix detalle que mi hijo de 10 años no me dejo pasar 😢😁

La ubicación es perfecta, Fernando es muy amable y te orienta si no tenes planes. Departamento amplio y completo para pasar unos excelentes días en la hermosa ciudad de Esquel. Super recomendable.
