Overall the environment is good and comfortable. Onsen was good and clean. Near to ski cable car
just the location a little bit far and up to hill from bus terminal.

Location was very good, room was very big! We originally booked for 5 people, but had to made a light change of plan and changed to 3 people. The hotel was nice enough to accommodate the change and charge us for 3 people instead of 5. Thanks a lot~~
The common area had the fewest available service among all the hotels that we stayed in Zao Onsen. I guess this was reflected in the room charge since it was also the cheapest among all.

Beautiful onsen looking out onto greenery
No hotel breakfast or dinner. Went during low season so understand why this may not be available. There is a common area whee you can bring food in and eat it and or cook it for a fee.
