Der Vermieter Massimiliano ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und bemüht. Das Frühstück nimmt man in einem Kaffeehaus in der Nähe (ca. 200m) ein, es ist typisch italienisch (Kaffee und Cornetto). Das Zimmer war sauber und hell, Betten werden jeden Tag gemacht, Handtücher ausgetauscht. Es wurden ein paar Säfte, Wasser und Kekse vom Vermieter im Kühlschrank hinterlegt.
Wir hatten bei der Buchung nicht verstanden, dass die Küche eine Gemeinschaftsküche ist und man wirklich nur ein Zimmer für sich selbst hat. Wir hatten eine gesamte Ferienwohnung erwartet, es ist aber eher ein "WG-Zimmer". Den angegebenen Innenhof zum Parken gibt es nicht (mehr), man parkt öffentlich aber kostenlos direkt vor der Haustür.

Bon emplacement car très proche du bord de mer. L’hôte est très sympa et nous a donné de bonnes adresses pour manger.

Camera molto molto spaziosa e comoda. Staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione molto comoda soprattutto per me, che avevo amici a pochi passi
Tutto bene, se proprio devi trovare un difetto, il bagno un po' piccolino, senza bidet, ma comunque molto pulito. Più che soddisfatto.
