Lovely spacious modern apartment, with great air-con, big bathroom and a full kitchen, and a washing machine The whole apartment was super clean throughout, to a very high standard- not a speck of dust anywhere. All the staff, from the valet parking team, to reception, to managers were very kind and helpful and were always happy to help. All of them offered to help with any issues, and we're genuinely interested in me. The owners should praise all of their staff, because they make the difference, especially to travellers, like myself, who do not speak Turkish.

Regarding one or two of the facilities, there were some technical problems to start with. E.g. Both TVs and microwave oven, and bathroom door handle needed attention from the in-house maintenance team. However, each issue was dealt with promptly and professionally, each time with a smile, even when I had to call late at night. There were limited English language TV channels via the Satellite, only 2 in fact, which I found surprising for a top hotel like this.

The beds, pillows and bedding was all very comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast at the Pub.

Firstly I need to mention that the reception team is beneficial kind and professional. Also, Spa highly recommend Turkish hamam with Mr Huseyin he's very professional and takes all your stress out. Also, Mrs Siska is an amazing therapist her hand gives you extreme relaxation. Spa receptionist Mr Eyupcan is very kind professional and always ready for help.

Still trust the Divan brand but in this location must pay attention to the housekeeping department because it's the only my unhappy, but when I spoke with the GM he kindly take care of me.
