Slechte airconditioning. Ging schijnbaar over een centraal systeem waardoor de kamertemperatuur 27-28 graden was en we elke nacht met open raam moesten slapen met veel herrie van buiten. Gevolg slechte nachtrust. Dit konden ze na de eerste nacht te hebben aangegeven niet veranderen. Ontbijt was erg matig. Niet wat je van een 5 sterren hotel mag verwachten. Factuur gevraagd bij uitchecken maar omdat we vroeg weg moest die ochtend kon de receptie die niet geven. E-Mail achtergelaten om alsnog op te sturen indien deze beschikbaar was. Niets ontvangen en opnieuw aangevraagd via Booking.com maar hotel heeft nog steeds geen factuur gestuurd naar herhaaldelijk aandringen. Vanochtend 16-12 nog maar een keer geprobeerd dit duurt nu 17 dagen om een simpele factuur uit het systeem te mailen! Schande
