Totul a fost conform asteptarilor

Minunat totul. Perfect pentru familii. Au tot ce este nevoie pentru copii mici, inclusiv camera de joaca. Caldura super, mancare foarte buna, piscina si jacuzzi foarte bine întreținute, sala de jocuri si relaxare pentru adulti. Super totil. Multumim gazdei!

A wonderful place, but poorly managed by staff.

The Location is very beatiful, the view from your room is very nice, it's also very quiet (especially if the host don't open their radion first thing in the morning). The weather was not very good when we were there, but even with the bad weather it's was really nice to see the hills fresh each morning. I also enjoyed that the accomodation had a couple of services(sauna, spa area, table tennis, a pool table). Also the mini footbal field it's nice. I did also enjoyed some dishes from the restaurant. The building is nicely built. The host was cute enough to wash our clothes after a long rainy hike ( I wanted to rate this with 4, but because of this I rated with 5).

I didn't like that the accomodation seems very old, the windows of the rooms do not have mosquito net so each morning after I opened the windows and went down for breakfast, the room was full of flies. Also because the doors are from wood, it;s very noisy when someone closed the door. The restaurant has a rich menu, unfortunately they didn't serve/have half of it ( even though the host said the accomodation is full ). The staff is not so friendly and also it's way understaffed, when there are a lot of people in the restaurant there was only one waitress which had a lot on its plate so it brought us things we didn't order. Also they didn't want to serve a coffee before the opening hours ( we wanted coffee at 8AM, the staff was smoking and drinking coffee on the terrace and didn't want to make us a coffee, then said "we start serving at 8 30 AM). Also the prices at the restaurant are very very high. We needed to ask the staff a couple of times so they turned on the jacuzis and the sauna. The host should care more about the tourists and should offer better services. Also even though the breakfast is said to be a buffet, they didn't offer a buffet. They said we should order breakfast for 30lei and to pay more if we eat and drink more then this sum, which is impossible because of the big prices, food + coffee + water/juice was way higher than 40lei
