The position of the hotel in Paris was perfect for us. So many great restaurants walking distance in any direction you head. The girls on the front desk were incredible. So many great suggestions for what you wanted to do for the day and where to eat depending on your appetite for the day. Breaking was amazing every morning and the facilities were top notch.

The facilities are good and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean and well-appointed
I was charged by the hotel even though I had paid to booking.com. It took some explanation and perseverance to get my money back.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. The facilities and staff are great
The aircon wasn’t working on certain floors and when we got there we were told we were “upgraded” only to find out that level 1’s aircon wasn’t working. The staff never admitted that their aircon was broken and they even sent someone to “ fix it”. We later found out that the aircon had been broken for days and it was well known that floor 1 and 6 had no aircon.
