My husband and I were with our two children, ages 11 and 8. We absolutely loved this hotel for its cleanliness, staff, and accommodations. The pool was an added bonus for our kids. The rooms were immaculate. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. I will be staying here again.
The rooms could have been larger, but this is expected with European hotels. There is absolutely nothing else I could think of as a "negative".

It’s a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. The facilities and staff are great
The aircon wasn’t working on certain floors and when we got there we were told we were “upgraded” only to find out that level 1’s aircon wasn’t working. The staff never admitted that their aircon was broken and they even sent someone to “ fix it”. We later found out that the aircon had been broken for days and it was well known that floor 1 and 6 had no aircon.
