A great stopover with close and free access to lake beach.
Easy access to lake beach with quiet environment mid-week in July.
The listing did not make it clear that host needed to be contacted to arrange access to the holiday village through a secure gate (but he did come when contacted). Listing showed property had a view of lake, which was not the case. Mattress did not fit bed frame and dipped in the middle

- We didn't know how to activate air-con, but it was OK with the fan. - No internet :( - The mirror in bath hangs too high, so that my wife could not use it 😅

Simple
Position par rapport au Lac Majeur. Propriétaires accueillants et disponibles. Location propre et climatisée. Espaces extérieurs disponibles.
Lotissement trop isolé. Il faut prendre la voiture pour tout. Il n y a pas vraiment de plage: un espace vert pour s'allonger mais côté du lac où l'on ne peut pas se baigner. La location mériterait une rénovation et quelques investissements: support du pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas, rideau de douche qui fait que l'eau termine dans la salle de bain, peintures, clic-clac du salon qui couine dès qu'on bouge, plaque de cuisson non adaptée aux casseroles (presque 45min pour faire des pates).

Mariano il proprietario è stato super disponibile sin da subito. L'appartamento piccolo ma confortevole è stato ideale per il mio breve soggiorno.

Rilassante weekend al lago
Proprietario molto gentile, ha lasciato persino una bottiglia di vino e altre bevande in frigo. C'è la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina ed in camera da letto c'è il condizionatore. Posteriormente per l'auto c'è un'area di parcheggio privato.
Tirando su tutta la tapparella della porta posteriore, si è incastra 1 volta ed ho dovuto aprire il coperchio per disincastrarla.
